How do sizes work?
After purchase, you’ll choose your size for the first drop. Before each new release, you can confirm or change your size. If you don’t update it, we ship the last confirmed size.
What if a drop sells out?
Members are reserved inventory first. Your piece is secured before the public release opens.
Can I change colors?
Each drop may have multiple colorways. Before each release, members can select their preferred option (when available).
Is this recurring monthly?
No. This is a yearly purchase that includes 12 drops. If you choose to renew for next year, you can do that later.
When do drops ship?
Each drop has a release window. Members ship during the same window, made to order, then fulfilled and delivered.
Do I need to create an account?
Not required. You’ll receive email confirmations, and you can manage preferences through support if needed.
